I had no idea that bouncing on a rebounder had so many health benefits. Every cell in your body gets a workout--especially your lymphatic system. Even NASA uses rebounding excercises to get astronauts back in shape after a space mission! The Needak rebounder came with a very informative book regarding the health benefits of rebounding. My young son has Sensory Integration Dysfunction and his occupational therapist suggested we get a GOOD rebounder for him to use. The Needak is wonderful! My son's proprioceptive sense gets a great workout and it is very easy on his joints. I cannot say enough about this Made in the USA rebounder. Comment
